I am a seasoned Human Resource professional with experience spanning several practice areas including, culture and engagement, audit and compliance together with Affirmative Action, performance management, learning and development, HR systems architecture, as well as recruitment and retention, policy/procedure and handbook development.
As an HR professional, I most enjoy the opportunity to partner with organizational leadership to develop programs, processes, and systems that advance the company’s strategic goals and initiatives in support of their most valuable resource, their employees.
I find the diverse nature of the field fulfilling. One day is never the same as the next as I work with clients to reach positive outcomes.
My SHRM-SCP as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications have both served me well, providing a firm foundation to build out HR programs and successfully complete projects.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, walking my adorable Fox Terrier, Henley, kayaking, skiing, golfing and enjoying the outdoors in whatever shape it takes throughout the year in New England.
