A banking professional, with 20+ years of experience. Konstantin is the Chairman of SoL Bulgaria – the local chapter of the GlobaL SoL (Society for Organizational Learning). He organizes and facilitates annual international conferences for personal and organizational transformation under the auspices of SoL Global.
