Stephen Gianotti’s TEDx Talk: What We Can Learn From the African Elephant

Stephen Gianotti, founder of The Woodland Group, takes the TEDx stage to share “What We Can Learn From the African Elephant.”

In this 16-minute talk, Stephen brings audiences to Africa and into 1.5 million years of elephant wisdom. Smart, loyal, protective, and deeply connected to one another, African elephants model the relational strengths that guide The Woodland Group’s work and sit at the heart of Stephen’s new book, Becoming a Self-Differentiated Leader.

Giving back is core to The Woodland Group. The firm dedicates considerable time and resources to pro bono work with churches, arts organizations, and community nonprofits, and proudly supports the Elephant Havens Wildlife Foundation in Botswana, which protects and preserves the African elephant through habitat protection, community outreach, and the rescue of orphaned elephants.
